Lashings of tomato and roasted pepper chutney are spooned onto this indulgent bloomer with a thick slice of Croxton Manor mature cheddar cheese. Pret cheddar is graded by experts every month and only chosen when its fine flavour of Marmite and molasses is at exactly the right level. Matured Italian cheese is then finely shaved onto a bed of fresh baby spinach leaves and luscious slices of ripe tomato. Mayo free.
