Our first shop opened in London over 20 years ago based on a simple idea: make delicious, fresh, natural food free of additives and preservatives and serve it quickly for a fair price. While we have learned a lot over the years, (not to mention making a few mistakes), it's been that one simple idea that has helped us grow to more than 200 stores in London, Hong Kong, New York, Washington, DC and Chicago.
While integrity is not a word you often hear associated with food, our food has it. It's how we stand out in an industry where companies use words like "wholesome," "real," "pure" and "fresh" as clever tag lines devoid of meaning. Some have called our approach to food revolutionary. We think it's more like a giant step backwards. We believe the more you know about our food and how it's made, the more you'll want to eat it.
