Can I use my Pret card at other U.S. locations?
If you purchase a Pret card in the U.S., then you able to use it in other U.S. locations. We have shops located in Washington, DC and Chicago.

Can I use my U.S. Pret card in the United Kingdom or Hong Kong?
If you purchase a Pret card in the U.S., then you are unable to use it in the United Kingdom or Hong Kong.

Can I use a Pret Card that I bought in the United Kingdom at a shop in the U.S.?

Can I purchase a Pret Card for a family member or friend that does not live near a Pret shop?
Certainly! Just stop by any of our Pret shops in New York, Washington, DC or Chicago to pick up a gift card. Your family member or friend can use the Pret card at any of our U.S. locations.

Do you send out gift cards via mail?
The only way to buy a Pret card is to visit one of our shops.

If you purchase a Pret card in the U.S., then you are unable to use it in the United Kingdom.

Does the Pret Gift card expire?
The Pret Gift card does not expire. There are no administrative fees.

If I am a Team Member or Pret employee can I use my discount to purchase my Pret Gift card?
No discounts are applicable.
