Sustainability is an evolving process. We want to reduce our impact on the environment and don't believe in long-winded 'eco' policies that simply don't ring true. We have a simple sustainability strategy and five clear targets. Together they explain what we actually do at Pret rather than just what we'd like to.

 
We're committed to decreasing our carbon footprint and water usage with a plan to make reductions by 2015.

 
We're aiming for a waste diversion of 75% in our stores and for 80% of them to have recycling facilities. To help support and develop an industry wide approach to recycling and waste diversion efforts, Pret joined the Coalition for Resource Recovery.
